Processing and Fulfillment Policy

Ready-made products: 1-3 business days (Mon-Thurs)

Made to order products: 5-10 business days (Mon-Thurs)

Bake Shop Items: 3-7 business days (Mon-Thurs)

Orders received outside of business hours will default to the following business day (Mon-Thurs) to begin manufacturing or processing.

Shipping Policy

Shipping days: Mondays & Thursdays

All orders will ship the shipping day (Mon/Thurs) following the completion of processing.

We do not set our shipping prices, these are real time prices from mail carrier services. Shipping is paid by the customer unless explicitly stated in writing. We do not provide free shipping or shipping discounts unless explicitly stated in writing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local Pickup

Currently we do not ship any food products. All edible gifts and bake Shop items are local pickup only.

Local pickup is 9am-12pm every Saturday at:

2800 Poplar St

Terre Haute, IN 47803

Any other local pickup options are by appointment only. If you need to set up an appointment for pickup, contact us through the Goimagine message system or through our email: contact@humblebutton.com.

Any items designated as local pickup only cannot be shipped. If you order a local pickup item and pay for shipping, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. Orders that are cancelled for this reason may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund and Exchange Policy

If you notify us of any problems, we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.  You can reach us through the Goimagine message system or through our email at contact@humblebutton.com.

We offer a product refund and or/exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for a full refund or exchange.  If the return is not in the original condition upon receipt, only a partial refund will be issued and no exchanges will be made.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be released after the return has been received and processed. All refunds and exchanges may be subject to a $2 restocking fee.

This product is home produced and processed, and the production area has

not been inspected by the state department of health. NOT FOR RESALE.

We take allergies very seriously and do our b bcbest to minimize any chances for cross contamination. HOWEVER, we do also produce items that may include: peanuts, eggs, wheat, dairy and other possible allergens. Take this into consideration before purchasing any food items from us if you have any food-related allergies.
